BASED ON: REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EP AND THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
We will collect, store and use your personal data only for the needs of your service. Your personal data will be processed only by persons authorized by order of the manager of Sanitrim Bulgaria Ltd., and they will be stored for 5 years.
The personal data we need for your reservation and your stay in our hotel are:
• Name and family name
• e-mail address
• Telephone number
• Correspondence address: country, postal code, town, address;
• Dates of stay in the hotel.
Upon check-in at the hotel, your identity document will be scanned.
We will share personal data with third parties when required by law.
It is important for us to keep your personal information accurate and up to date. Please notify us of any changes to your personal data.
Your rights in relation to your personal data: access to information, correction, deletion, objection to processing, restriction of processing, portability of data. If you wish to exercise any of the rights described above, please contact the Head of the Administrator or his representative.
You have the right to file a complaint at any time to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, the Bulgarian data protection regulator.
